Hello, my name is John Pedini and I have been providing high quality coverage of weddings and events since 2001. My wedding photography  is a contemporary blend of photojournalistic and traditional styles to create what I call 'narrative essays'.  

Located in Pearcedale, Vic., I was among the very first photographers to go fully digital. I have been prominently featured in PRO PHOTO magazine and am a professional member of WPPI,  strictly adhering to a code of quality, ethics and conduct.

Photography:

Are all the other wedding photographs you've seen starting to look the same? When booking your wedding with Pedini Photography and Video you will receive our distinctive compositions. These are designed using a choice number of photos to tell a story in theme with the wedding. The compositions are supplied as full quality digital files which are ready for viewing or for inclusion in an album if you wish.

Over the course of a full day you can expect 300 or more quality photographs. All are inspected, colour corrected and digitally edited or enhanced as required. 

I don't shoot hundreds of meaningless pictures like some photographers who would have you believe quantity is more desirable than quality! Many clients who choose to have their photos printed and mounted in an album, often choose their favourite forty to fifty pictures.

Your photographs are provided on CD or DVD at full   quality. This means that if you choose to have them printed yourself, your prints will look fantastic even enlarged to poster size.

As an option we can compose your photos in a high quality 11x14 inch custom made leather album. This is available in a range of colours and is complete with a lockable carrying and storage case.

If you choose to obtain prints or albums, we will supply these at our wholesale cost plus a modest 10% to cover our expenses. We do not add exorbitant 'retail' mark-ups to these items and all of our prints are processed by a professional photo lab, not the local 'discount' corner shop.  There is a large difference in quality between professionally printed photos and 'bulk' machine printing!

Digital Makeover:

We are proud to offer our digital makeover service. We expertly retouch your favourite portrait with results that are totally natural. Now you too can have that 'magazine page' look to your portraits!

Videography:

We use professional 3CCD digital video equipment capable of capturing high resolution images even in low light conditions.

Our videos are fully edited and titled with tasteful use of transitions and digital special effects or overlays, always keeping in the style of the wedding and never gaudy or overdone. A choice of music tracks is of course available and your DVD will be divided into appropriate chapters and contain an easy to navigate graphic menu. DVD's are supplied with graphic designed covers which incorporate your favorite still images from the day. We supply you with 3 copies of your DVD at no extra cost! Give them to the family or store a copy away for safekeeping.

  Low casual rate charged per hour (2 hour minimum)

  Unlimited photographs and locations as time permits, including Bride / Groom preparation before

        the wedding, cutting of cake, etc

  Quality photographs supplied at full resolution on a CD ROM or DVD  (custom printed)

  All your photographs are inspected, colour corrected and digitally edited and enhanced as 

        required. This service is at no additional cost.

  A bonus ‘Digital Composition’ as well as a bonus ‘Digital Makeover’ for each hour booked are

       included and more are available at nominal cost.

  Complementary print package (one 8x11 and two 5x7 prints for each hour booked) in your choice

       of glossy or satin archival paper. (These are printed by a professional photo lab)

  Includes travel in the Mornington Peninsula or Melbourne metro.

  Options

  Leather, custom designed, 11x14 inch album. 10 pages (20 leaves) with room for fifty or more

        photographs of your choice.

  Studio portraits are available at our facilities in Pearcedale.   We offer plain or digital backgrounds. 

  Numerous other options are available including a second photographer, printed proof albums,

        additional  compositions, advanced digital editing, etc.

  Full day coverage (up to 8 hours)

  Unlimited locations as time permits, including Bride / Groom preparation before

        the wedding, reception & cutting of the cake.

  Fully edited DVD - up to 2hr in duration. Includes highlights clip

  We will host your highlights clip on our server for 6 months for family and friends to see.
